The victims of the devastating Texas flooding include 8 and 9-year-old girls from Camp Mystic, just feet front the Guadalupe River. A camp counselor from the Houston area also died in the flooding. Meanwhile, dozens of people remain missing. CBS News' Janet Shamlian has more.
