A second person has died following a car crash in Melbourne’s outer east on Thursday. A woman died at the scene and a two-year-old boy was critically injured.
A 60-year-old Wantirna South man was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the out-of-control vehicle struck multiple pedestrians. He died in hospital on Saturday evening.

The 91-year-old driver of the vehicle was transported to hospital with minor injuries, and she is yet to be interviewed by police.
