Race 1

11. Secret Rose had two starts earlier in the year on the Polytrack at the Gold Coast and then the Sunshine Coast and was placed in each of them. She resumes here after a second in a trial at Beaudesert and is set to run well. 2. Exoflow ran third here on debut and has won a Gold Coast trial to prepare for this return. 1. Andrea was placed behind Raging Force at Muswellbrook before a last-start fourth at Coffs Harbour. 4. Outoftheoffice was solid on debut at Casino before failing at Coffs Harbour. He can lift on that.

Race 2

2. Jimmy’s Brother is on debut from a good stable and performed well in a trial leading into this. Expect a bold showing. 5. The Torque Xpress has won two recent trials leading into this debut and bears close watching. 1. Exceed Me ran third on debut at Port Macquarie and can show up again, while 7. Come On Glamour took on listed grade at Eagle Farm before being spelled and will find this easier.

2. Backstage was midfield at the Gold Coast when last produced, and that was on the back of three minor placings. He is poised to break through with another win. 1. Beer Baron was placed at Goulburn two starts ago and then was down the track at Coffs Harbour. He is capable of improving in this. 4. Insinuate has been placed in both starts since scoring at Casino and has claims again. 7. Monarch Express was close-up at Scone last time out and has the talent to show up.
How to play it: Backstage WIN

Race 4

1. Full Of Sincerity led them up when finishing second at Murwillumbah at his latest start. He was just behind the placings in his two prior runs, and this looks a nice race for him. 5. Stylebender has hit winning form of late, scoring in his latest two starts. 6. Cascade Mountain wasn’t disgraced in his latest run at Tamworth and is suited back up in trip. 7. Yukanuma has won his latest two starts and is one of the chances again.
How to play it: Full Of Sincerity WIN

Race 5

12. Flee With Me has been racing well with placings at her last two starts, including a second at this track when last produced. 13. Gold Puma has been placed in two of four starts and has claims again. 10. Straight Through was a solid third at Coffs Harbour when last produced and is worth including, while 2. Fantastic Beast ran home well at Tamworth last time out and could be placed.
How to play it: Flee With Me WIN

Race 6

2. City Gold Speed ran well at Scone on debut and followed that up with an Inverell win at his second start. He has upside and can go on with the job while fresh in this. 1. Lucifer’s Way broke through to score at the Sunshine Coast when odds-on at his third start, and he should be prominent again. 4. Champonnet was a winner at Casino before taking on tougher grade in Brisbane last time out. 7. Bianco Nero has been racing well since resuming for a new stable and has place claims.

Race 7

7. Private Equity ran home well to score a Sunshine Coast victory at her latest start. That was her second run back from a spell, and she looks to have plenty of ability. 1. Star Prediction ran second at Scone and Muswellbrook before scoring a strong win at Port Macquarie. He should be thereabouts again. 4. Dashing Basics was a Gatton winner before a last-start second at Ipswich and warrants respect again. 6. So You Can Torque is resuming after two trials and has the talent to make an impact.

Race 8

7. Zaru won a couple on end at Taree before being spelled. He resumed with a 10th at Taree when not beaten too far and was quickly back to winning form there last time out when scoring with ease. 9. Yendy battled on well in a last-start second at Coffs Harbour and is worth including again. 2. Maximum Vortex was a last-start third at the Gold Coast and has the ability to give this a shake, while 4. The Astronomer won three in a row before being spelled and ran second in a recent Ballina trial.

Race 9

5. Written Fame is resuming from a spell and is a first-up winner. He’s had two trials in readiness for his return to racing and looks set to run a bold race. 6. Pierre Cardinnigan is a winner of two from four and resumes here after winning a recent trial that Written Fame ran fifth in. 8. So Rosie won two on end before being spelled and resumed with another victory at Tamworth last month. 1. Critical Time is resuming and has the advantage of gate one. He has a good fresh record.
